They have been singing in the evening for the last two nights (May 18
and 19) on our farm near Grand Ronde Agency, Yamhill Co. Love that song.
I had only heard a few whits earlier in the week. At the coast, however,
the whits were frequent on the Cape Lookout trail the 13th and the 18th,
also on other N. Lincoln/S. Tillamook Co. coastal locales where I survey
Black Oystercatchers.
