Yesterday afternoon I drove over to Sauvie Island and did some birding. There
are plenty of Sandhill Cranes to be seen. Also large groups of Great Egrets.
There were 2 Bald Eagles at the end of Rentenaar Road. Best of all was a large
flock of Snow Geese busily eating right next to the road. They stayed still
long enough for me to make a short 2:52 video which can be seen by clicking on
