Steve Jaggers and I just saw the PARASITIC JAEGER on a sandbar at the wash
at Sauvie Island. Seen from Oak Island Nature Trail. Coordinates of the
bird were 45.731526,-122.805430. Also of note was a MERLIN being chased bu
a kestrel near the oak island boat launch and a flock of G WHTE-FRONTED
GEESE at the mudflats South of Reeder dike, about .5 miles N of the boat
launch.
