The rather solidly dark head and the way the streaking below is strong and
fairly heavy on the upper breast and flanks and becomes more diffuse and finer
on lower breast and belly suggest Cooper's to me.

Accipiter for sure, but enough of the bird is obscured
to make the Sharpshin/Cooper's distinction dodgey.
If was a foot LONG then definately Sharpie. If it was
a foot TALL plus tail, a Coop. The eye's proximity to a flat looking crown
makes me want to say Cooper's. Lars
