[obol] Rusty blackbird - Dawson Creek - Hillsboro library

The Dawson Creek rusty blackbird was located again this morning beside the
Hillsboro library (9:15). It has been reported on ebird by Steve Nord many
times throughout December but I don't think anyone has reported it on OBOL
recently. This email is just to let others know that it is still here if you
have not had a chance to see it yet ( Dave ;) ).
Rusty was first found in the trees north of the library and then on the ground
on the west side of the pond. The rusty was seen off and on again for an hour.
