Guess I should have looked in /Oregon Birds: A General Reference/. I see
the species account for Plumbeous Vireo includes a whole raft of other
reports -- including a report of a pair building a nest near Lakeview --
that are not on the OBRC list either as "accepted" or "not accepted."
