Stopped at a red light near the house today and heard a perfect COMMON
NIGHTHAWK call from a starling, now where has that bird been?
Yesterday out on the north spit of Coos Bay I saw a meadowlark fly up to a
perch with something in its beak, turned out to be a Pacific Tree Frog!
