[obol] Possible Franklin's Gull Fern Ridge

Spotted from the platform at Royal. A fair ways south of the platform, but
decent scope views. Gull was in full breeding plummage with extensive black
hood and wide white eye arcs. Swimming the entire time . Can't be totally
sure of bill color as looking into sun. Spotted at 5 pm
