[obol] Philomath Sewage Ponds - Long-tailed Duck continues

The bird was still on the NW pond this afternoon - it flushed from the west
edge, where it had been roosting among hundreds of Northern Shovelers.

This morning, I found a pair of GREATER SCAUP among around 100 Lessers. Not
much else of note.
