The Ground Squirrel Gazette
April 24, 2019
Highlights: FOY Cassin’s Vireo (3+), Warbling Vireo (2+) and at least two male
Western Tanager. Big surge of Yellow-rumps, a few Nashvilles, Yellows and OCs.
White geese appear to be gone for the season.
Empid continues. I got three dim pix, posted on eBird. I called it a Dusky.
Comments welcome.
Just back from dinner at Rick and Joan’s in Burns. Two Nashvilles and an OC
there, too.
