[obol] Lotsa gulls on the Columbia.

Returning from Seattle yesterday afternoon i saw lots (1000s) congretating
a mile or two below Kalama.  Do herring spawn there?  Smelt? Also Bald
Eagles. I didn't have time to check it out. Someone should!
