Hi Everyone,
Happy New Year! I want to thank all of those who participated in the new
Gresham Christmas Bird Count. We completed a successful trial on Saturday
with their support. Seven field counters and three feeder counters spent a
blustery and damp day birding. Next year, we will complete the count as an
official CBC circle. We had a total of 78 species on Saturday plus 5 count
week species. We counted 5511 total birds throughout the day.
