“Refrain from political discussion”.
A crime has been committed. The guidelines do not prohibit discussion of
criminal behavior on National Wildlife Refuges.
Shutting off discussion is absolutely disgusting, and makes me happy that I
decided to have as little to do with OFO as possible decades ago.
