[obol] Four-swallow day at Philomath Sewage Ponds

Hello all,

A large flock of swallows swirling over the Philomath Sewage Ponds today
contained about 70 TREE, 10 VIOLET-GREEN, 4 BARN and at least one early
CLIFF SWALLOW.

Other than that, it was business as usual at the ponds, with no discernible
turnover detected among the ducks.
