Hello all,
I walked the loop around the center pond (#5) south of the Royal parking area
this afternoon, mostly between showers... Highlights were:
Black-bellied Plover - 1
Semipalmated Plover - 2
Killdeer - 30
Spotted Sandpiper - 4
Greater Yellowlegs - 60
Least Sandpiper - 8
Western Sandpiper - 75
Dowitcher sp. - 5
Boneparte's Gull - 1 adult
California Gull - 1 juv.
Caspian Tern - 3
Black Tern - 12 adults, 1 juv. seen on 7/3 not seen today.
River Otter - 2
Raccoon - 1
