While dropping off my infant at her daycare in northwest Springfield this
morning, I noticed a small flock of Evening Grosbeaks in the lightly wooded
field adjacent to the parking lot. And while working in my home office this
afternoon, I heard a few in the neighbor's yard. Hopefully this winter will
be a repeat of 2010/2011.
