First seen 9:50 AM in saw corner of boat basin west of charter boat office, paddling around on surface, sometimes with spread wings. Came ashore at edge of water below sidewalk, now sitting in low veg. Next to water. Has wet feathers: I.e. feather oil has been lost/failed.
