If it helps, I will add the county line to the map.

The USGS National Map is pretty handy and works well on mobile browsers:

The map that Paul provided has the portion of the Columbia/Multnomah county
line that bisects Sturgeon Lake. It's dotted near J2 and J5 and labeled but
not included in the legend.
The ECAS county locations Bob mentioned is loaded with info about the places
to bird in each county but I could not find county boundaries at a detailed
level - helpful for county listers. Perhaps they exist in a layer I
couldn't find. A Google search of a county will provide a red lined overlay
of the boundary but it disappears when zooming in for precise location
details. Also, it sometimes does odd things around water (see Sturgeon Lake
county boundary on MultCo. map.)
Does anyone have a resource that is accurate and accessible for county map
boundary locations?
