Hi all, We spent some time birding the UK this past spring and visited
many hides in Norfolk and Scotland. Here's an example of one of the inside
of the hides at Cley-Saltmarsh in Norfolk on my Flickr page. These are
built right next to the water with views on 3 sides. I got very good
closeup photos of Lapwings, Redshanks and Greenshanks, Little Stints,
etc.... Panels lift up for viewing. Everybody is quiet. Great place to
sit, stand, take photos, use scopes, eat lunch quietly, and stay dry if
it's raining. Walkways up to the blind are hidden.
