Nice adaptation we are seeing, I know of them using niches in split bark and so
forth, this is a new on for me.
A Creeper pair has made a nest among the tangle of dead ivy vines on a big fir
in back of us. We noticed the somewhat discreet comings and goings and have
been watching. Today we saw an adult bird dart in with food, disappear and
quickly reappear suggesting feeding behavior.
