Tiny bill. I realized after I got home how rare it is, but I am quite sure. I
hope someone with a camera will run out there and get a picture.

This am about 10 there was a Ross's Gull on the sand spit at Broughton Beach
among the usual gulls. Those red orange legs really stand out. Also gray
mantle, black bill and thin gray mark behind the eye. There was also an
American Golden-Plover and 7 Dunlin on the spit. Later I found 1 Clarke's
Grebe among the Westerns at Hayden Island. There was also at least one
Greater Scaup among the Lessers. They were in close to the walkway so I was
able to get good looks with my scope. Fabulous morning. Linda
