adult.

I watched the Brown Booby from the far west end of Port Dock One/Undersea
Gardens from 12:27 to 12:50.
It was resting on the large navigational marker between the bayfront and NOAA
docks. It's on a far corner, partially hidden by equipment.
The 2014 Brown Booby favored the same perch.
