mostly overcast wind NNW 10-25 swells 6-8

Loon movement widely dispersed by the tailwind
with birds moving off the water from 1/2 mile out
to the limit of visibility (I think 4+ miles). Densest
during first hour, becoming gradually more clumpy
and intermittent after 8:00.
