Yes, Philip, it was at the south end of Oak Island Rd. Is the wider
subterminal dark band on the tail consistent with a juvenile Red-tail?
I've not seen that before.

I'm pretty sure Peyton and I saw the same bird on the Sauvie Island CBC if
you saw it at the beginning of Oak Island Road.
