Among the many interesting things I saw today along Wireless Rd was
a reasonably friendly (with a bit of patience) AMERICAN TREE SPARROW.
It was loosely associated with White-crowned Sparrow in the brushy
areas near the boatworks and Cook Slough.
I also saw the more enigmatic PALM WARBLER, which has been seen very
intermittently for several weeks, and an ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER at that
location. The king tides have been pushing lots of shorebirds up into
the nearby pastures as well.
