in Oregon, Washington and Idaho hopping in their cars and driving
to Brookings...
Anybody want to bet who's already in their cars and motoring in that
direction?
Fun fact: when I ran the photo through Google Image reverse search,
just to see if it was "borrowed" from somewhere (it does not appear to
have been), it was ID'd by Google as Eurasian Oystercatcher. The
legs are probably too pale, but it does have a darker than average
back.
I'll be up here on the upper left edge monitoring beaches closer to
home...
