Christmas party is November 25, if you were not at the meeting please let

everything this morning for the top things. Had a lot going on.

See attached picture we donated $1794.79 from the golf tournament. Well done

12. Please think about running for the executive next year. It would be nice
to see newer members in as chair and executive.
13. World Day of remembrance Nov 19 from 12 - 2pm. More details to come from
Paul Hergott.
14. We will have two votes next week.

1. Awarded by membership vote; a) Founders Award - the member who has made
the greatest contribution to the organization to date during the current
calendar year.

2. Awarded by Executive through nomination: a) Community Impact Award - in
keeping with the mission to be dedicated to the prosperity and well being of
our community - members nominate themselves, their business, an individual
or member's business outlining why they feel they exemplify this part of the
group's mission. All nominations will be submitted to the OBE Chair by the
deadline set out by the Executive. The winner will be decided by the Chair
and Vice-Chair. In the case that either the Chair or Vice-Chair are included
in the nominations they would be in a conflict of interest and will ask
either the past chair or another of the current Executive to take their
place in the judging.

Please send your nominations for number 5 to either Jerry or myself before
Monday afternoon so we can make up ballots.
