9. Referrals (see below)
Members pass referrals by doing the following: a) Referring a potential
customer to another member;
b) Filling in a "referral slip" setting out the contact particulars of the
potential customer; and
c) Handing the white copy of the "referral slip" to the member receiving the
referral and the yellow copy to the Leads Director.
3. A referral is a "valid" third party referral when: a) there exists a
reasonable expectation of business arising out of the referral; and
b) whenever appropriate in the view of the referring member, sufficient
information is given on the referral slip so that the member receiving the
referral can contact the potential customer.
4. A referral is a "valid" first party referral when one member uses the
services of another member.
