Background: Meridian is a reseller of eLearning content from a number of
content providers including Skillsoft, Mindleaders, Vivid Learning and
more. Meridian currently has a catalog of over 15,000 eLearning
offerings covering a variety of topics including IT, on-the-job safety,
health, customer service, government regulations, and professional
skills.
The statewide price agreement 9978 with Meridian has been amended to
allow all state agencies and ORCPP members to purchase from the Meridian
content library. All state agencies and ORCPP members can purchase
skill-based online trainings at negotiated pricing from the following

At the September 22nd eLearning Vendor Fair, the iLearnOregon Program
Team and a representative from Meridian will provide a general overview
of the eLearning library and answer questions on how acquired
off-the-shelf content will be processed and managed. Various content
vendors will provide brief overviews of their content offerings as well
as answer any content related questions you may have.
