Leila,
We do not currently have any experience with the process but will be interested
in what responses and results of trial are. Thanks and hope you have a great
week.

Subject: [nyschp.dop] Inpatient investigational trials with NYS Medical
Marijuana Program
Dear colleagues,
Please share your experience if your institution has set up inpatient
investigational trials with the NYS Medical Marijuana program.
A member health-system is looking to contract with a NYS registered medical
marijuana dispensary to provide medical marijuana and placebo for an inpatient
orthopedic trial. Does the facility have to become a registered caregiver in
order to operate? What are the logistical concerns to consider? Your feedback
is appreciated.
