You are right and it's right. It must appear the summary in the list
of addons shown on addons manager. The summary is the name to display,
and so it should be a translatable name.
In the other hand, the contents of the field name in manifest.ini
doesn't have to be a translatable string, but it must to be a unique
name that allows to differenciate addons.

The name is whown between () symbols when you press the button about addon.
