I use the unspoken addon, it works very well. I did try the obj addon
years ago and had some sort of strange problem with thunderbird, I
can't remember what it was now but I got rid and have used the unspoken
addon for at least a year or more.

The audiotemes that I tested had a non standard way to manage temes, or
this is the impresion saved on my memory, years ago.

compromise and choosing the add-on that users, developers and others
