[nvda-addons] Possible addon to review: eMule app module

Hello, I have pushed this addon to an NVDA addon team repository. I
have not added translator comments, but I have converted it to the new
format by using addon template.
It's no readme.html file in English, but short messages of scripts are
available in this language.
