The problem is in manifest.ini, under locale\it, that is not properly
encoded. You can download a version without this problem from Italian
NVDA site (plugin section) or open the package with 7-zip, find the
file, open it with Notepad++, set encoding to UTF-8 from menu format,
correct the accented letter on line 6, save and confirm the archive
update.

well, I didn't see that the plug-in section of nvda.it contains
different plug-ins that the italian translation of official page...

hmm, interesting... but, as readme says, this is a solution only for a
specific, very simple case of CAPTCHA...

Yes, but it could be a good starting point and, however, I don't know
how is simple these captcha images :-)
Is there some one that are thinking about a similar solution?
