[nvda-addons] Important notice for translators and add-on authors: new add-ons will not be sent to translations workflow due to redesigned repository creation procedure in Bitbucket

Hello all, mostly translators, add-on authors and others,

Due to the way new repositories are created within Bitbucket teams,
translations support for new add-ons will not be available for a while. The
specifics are as follows:

Until recently, one can create repositories under a team account (if you are
a team member) easily in Bitbucket. However, these days, whenever you
attempt to create or import an existing repository into a Bitbucket team,
you'll be prompted for a project name, and our team (nvdaaddonteam in
Bitbucket) does not have one, whereas it can be done easily in GitHub. Thus,
until this is fixed (switching to GitHub completely or creating a temporary
mirror project), translation of new add-ons will not be possible due to the
way translations workflow collaborates with add-ons community.

Sorry for the inconvenience (and for authors and reviewers, I'd like to get
a confirmation regarding this problem). Thank you.

Cheers,

Joseph
