One has to say though, that this is one of the main issues between users. Many 
like things that others hate. As I said about the speech player, I find these 
type of voices stressful, but I have a friend who loves the Eloquence sound of 
fingers up nose.

  I downloaded the Festival synth. It was the only synth I truly hated and I 
deleted it. I suggest getting one of the other free synths on the NVDA Extra 
Voices wiki page. Any of them would sound better than Festival. Speech Player 
sounds better than Festival.
