[nvda-addons] Control Usage Assistant - download link fixed

Hi folks,
The official download link for Control Usage Assistant 1.0 Beta 2 has
been fixed. So if you go to addons.nvda-project.org and go to
controlUsageAssistant page, you'll see beta2 link. Until server pull
issue is resolved, the file will be hosted on my site (NVDA Korea).
