[nvda-addons] Code and user Review: Control Usage Assistant

Hi folks,
As the first example of this, I'd like to ask for code and user review
of Control Usage Assistant. This add-on gives a short message on
interacting with the focused control when NVDA+H is pressed.
The code can be found at:

As of 1.0, I have included messages for commonly encountered controls,
such as edit boxes, links and so on.
If you have code or user feedback, please let us know.
