One error I had, though not sure how to reproduce. What I did before getting
the error was to press Windows+R:

Thankful to you, Musharraf. Your ideas and creativity are more than----------------------------------------------------------------
great. Your add-on has made me see what is on the screen. What I also
like about this add-on is that you can make buttons and links spoken
and/or unspoken. I am intelligent, but I have never come to such a deed
so far. The option is a useful one when you wish to do a quick view of a
web-page without too many elements being reported to you.
Thankful to you, friend and brother!

Hello everyone,
I would like to announce the final 5.1 release of the Audio Themes
add-on. This release has incorporated the following minor changes and
bug fixes:
- Audible indication of the object when pressing nvda plus tab.
- Addressing nvda's issue #6203.
- Several bug fixes to the audio themes manager dialog.
Download this final release from:
https://github.com/mush42/Audio-Themes-NVDA-Add-on/releases/download/v5.1/AudioThemes3D-5.1.nvda-addon
This version of the add-on is pretty stable and it is ready for
inclusion under the stable tag in the community add-ons site.
Kind Regards,
Musharraf Omer
