[nvda-addons] Admin's note: about URL shorteners

Hi folks,
Recently, we've seen some bounce messages, saying that we got
blacklisted URL's. Upon further investigation, this came about
after a list member posted a repo to his add-on by shortening the
URL. Thus, I'd like to kindly advise that you don't use URL
shorteners when posting URL's (unless if it is really needed).
