If not broken why fix it.
When we had the old system for Talking news papers, there were hardly
many email crashes.
But once RNIB took over and started making changes (that I
personally
feel were not necessary) the system just went down hill, with a
crash.
I miss the old talking news paper service.

In the pass there seemed to be support on saturday but that seem's to
not be the thing at mo as nothing has seemed to be fixed this weekend.
Also there's been no reply off anyone from Rnib! I aggree with you
that there should be support on saturday's as that seem's to be when
all of the problems occur. It was easter weekend and now another
weekend.

That way problems get fixed far quicker.
Some staff are expected to work Saturday mornings
such as Judd street resource centre staff.
So I don't see much difference.

May.
How about you, Dan, has this happened to you.
Anyway thanks for the Sunday Telegraph and Sunday Times,
