I think there should be a system  for RNIB technical staff to be on
call.
That way problems get fixed far quicker.



Some staff are expected to  work Saturday mornings
such as Judd street  resource centre staff.

So I don't see much  difference.

I received yesterday's daily mail a few times and same with the South
wales
Echo.  But not 6 times luckily.

The more complaints to News agent the better I think.

Today  Sunday, 6 emails via the emailer  system for The Times datred
13th
May.


How about you,  Dan, has this  happened to you.

Anyway  thanks for the Sunday  Telegraph  and Sunday  Times,

and the papers yesterday.
