Alison has been out of the office and just returned. I have just emailed you
directly, but the problem lies with BT, so I'm not sure if you'll get this
email. Customers with BT email accounts are experiencing problems receiving
the newspaper service this week. Unfortunately the problem lies with BT and
you will need to contact them directly.
If customers have an alternative email address, that isn't with BT, we can
change your account details while BT resolve the issue.
