Hi Sean,
Thank you for your email. An email addressed to
newsagent@xxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:newsagent@xxxxxxxxxxx> advising which newspaper
title and date(s) you have not received will help us get you the title once we
have received it from our suppliers. We need a little time to tidy up the raw
feed we receive from them.
Thank you, James

James,
Presumably those of us who don’t choose to strain your own systems with email
delivery may request a copy of a paper we’ve missed due to this technical error?
To whom do we make such a request, please?

Subject: [ntnm] Re: Papers Today
Hi,
We are aware that the many papers, primarily National papers, have gone out as
supplements only.
The external company that supplies the newspapers to us, and to many other
organisations, has failed to send through the main newspaper content – so we
have nothing to work with to send on to you. Our own internal systems are
working fine but with no content to share, we are at a disadvantage.
We have chased them for the files but we anticipate these will arrive on Monday
at the earliest. We can send them on to email customers but we won’t be able
to put them on our website as the latest daily papers will be on there by that
point. Until we hear back from the supplier, we don’t have a reason why this
happened or any assurance at this moment of a fix for Sunday’s papers but we
will be checking and chasing.
Apologies as this leaves you with no newspaper to read which is frustrating for
you and for us too.
Regards, James
