Hi Sarah

Just received today's edition of the Western Mail from you along with your
message regarding e-mail problems affecting some customers today. I
reported this problem to BT yesterday evening at approximately 1950 hours
after my two evening titles failed to appear. I also e-mailed you yesterday
evening to report the problem and to update you on the situation regarding
BT. This is the first e-mail from RNIB I have received today to my BT
e-mail address. I have also been in contact with BT this morning regarding
this blocking of e-mail's from RNIB again. I have been informed the person
dealing with this issue is not due to start work until 12 noon and that he
will contact me as soon as he logs onto the system. I am still awaiting
that call.
