At the time I sent out my weekly City Council blog yesterday, the
background information for several of the agenda items in tomorrow night’s
Council work session was not available. The information has now been
posted, and I’m including the relevant links below.
This relates to two proposed charter amendments, and to changes in our
ethics law. I’m currently reviewing the proposals, and will provide my
thoughts on them prior to any Council votes. Note that while we’ll be
discussing these matters in tomorrow evening’s meeting, the soonest we
could vote on them would be October 12.
