Good afternoon all --
I spoke earlier today with Takoma Park Public Works Department Director
Daryl Braitwaite, who said they had determined after checking with State
Highway that SHA had intended to stop the survey work at Chicago Avenue, at
the City border.
In other words, this was only supposed to be a Silver Spring project, and
they had continued the survey work further than intended along Route 410.
Per Daryl, no work is planned for the sidewalks on the portion of the
roadway within Takoma Park.
