There were two helicopters.
After the first one left toward DC, a second one arrived and took its place.
I downloaded FlightAware App which was useless. It told me the craft was
nearby, at 900 feet, and was a helicopter..duh...
it mentioned KHTA or somesuch.. and said it originated from Fort Meade, and
it flew away northeast...
While looking into apps there was one called citizen which seems to rely,
kind of like WAZE does, on input from citizen users to share info on
criminal activity...
