Could it be a clogged drain hole or tube that drains condensation from the air
conditioner? If that is the case it could be an easy fix if you have easy
access.

We currently have a qualified HVAC repair guy on staff, Tim Herndon, so I would
call EL maintenance. I don't know if this is an emergency--sounds like it
might be--or whether you can put something under it to catch the leak.
I've used Blue Ridge to replace my HVAC in the model before we had that
capability in-house. They were OK as far as I know.
