Sorry, ignore that Hadar.  I thought this email originated from a property in
Charlottesville where I have some rental condos and we have an onsite
maintenance staff.  I wasn't paying attention.

I can't help you locally except that there are lots of people to call.  We've
used Davis & Davis a few times.  I would still see if this can wait until
regular business hours.

Paul

We currently have a qualified HVAC repair guy on staff, Tim Herndon, so I would
call EL maintenance.  I don't know if this is an emergency--sounds like it
might be--or whether you can put something under it to catch the leak.

I've used Blue Ridge to replace my HVAC in the model before we had that
capability in-house.  They were OK as far as I know.

Paul

At least I think it’s the pump. Whatever it is, I’m getting water leaking from
the HVAC. Recommendations for who to call?

Thanks,

Hadar on Baltimore
